Following your initial interaction, one of our Design Consultants will personally take your project forward ensuring a smooth, guided and enjoyable experience.

A visit is lovely as it helps you see materials and finishes in person. However, it is entirely optional we offer detailed virtual consultations as well.

Our standard creation timeline is 90 days, depending on design complexity. Delivery usually takes an additional 7–10 days, depending on location.

Within the warranty period, you may raise a ticket and our team will thoroughly inspect and resolve the concern.

Yes. Every piece comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Normal wear-and-tear, stains, scratches, water damage and misuse fall outside warranty coverage.

Yes. We offer an exclusive, in-house fabric protection coating, available at an additional cost. If opted for, your furniture arrives with the coating perfectly applied at our factory offering enhanced stain and spill resistance.

Yes. We continue to support you with repair and maintenance services at nominal charges.

As each piece is handcrafted exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns on custom-made orders.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of paying the advance. After this window, production begins and cancellation is not possible.

Modifications may be possible only if production has not started. Once materials are cut and fabrication begins, changes cannot be accommodated as every piece is custom-built to specification.
