 Terms and Conditions are subject to change; for the latest version, please see it online on our website. These Conditions can be saved by all users of our website. While they remain posted on our website, these Conditions will apply to all transactions carried out via our website, email, and by telephone.

 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you fully understand them before using our Services. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to use the Services, and you should leave the Maanavi Homes website. If you continue to use the website or order products, we will take this as your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 When we refer to "we", "us”, “our", “manufacture” or “seller” we mean MAANAVI HOMES LLP. Where we refer to "you" or "your" we mean you, the person using the Services.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Acceptance of orders is based on the express condition that the buyer agrees with all the terms and conditions contained herein. Acceptance of delivery by Buyer will constitute the buyer’s assent to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions represent the complete agreement of the parties, and no terms or conditions in any way adding to, modifying, or otherwise changing the provisions stated herein, shall be binding upon the manufacturer unless prior written approval is signed and approved by an officer of the manufacturer. No modification of any of these terms will be affected by the manufacturer’s shipment of goods following receipt of the buyer’s purchase order, shipping request, or similar forms containing printed terms and conditions conflicting or inconsistent with the terms herein.

You may only buy goods from our site for non-commercial purposes.

 

FORCE MAJEURE 

All quoted completion and delivery dates are estimates only. MAANAVI HOMES shall not be liable for delays in completion, shipment, or default in delivery for any reason of force majeure or for any cause beyond Manufacturer’s or Maanavi Homes’ reasonable control including, but not limited to, (a) government action, war, riots, civil commotion, embargoes or martial laws, (b) Manufacturer’s inability to obtain necessary materials from its usual sources of supply, (c) shortage of labor, raw material, production or transportation facilities or other delays in transit, (d) fire, flood or another casualty, or (e) other contingencies of manufacture or shipment. In the event of any delay in the Manufacturer’s performance due in whole or in part to any cause beyond the Manufacturer’s reasonable control, the Manufacturer shall have such additional time for performance as may be reasonably necessary under the circumstances. The same shall be communicated with the buyer duly. Acceptance by Buyer of any goods shall constitute a waiver by Buyer of any claim for damages on account of any delay in delivery of such goods.

 

 PRODUCT FEATURES 

1.We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications on products. (not applicable to ongoing projects)

2. Many finishes are applied by hand and may vary in colour, tone, and character. While we will make every effort to match a finish, no guarantee can be made of an exact match. We cannot guarantee finishes against fading and oxidizing throughout the years. Due to the nature of the MAANAVI HOMES manufacturing process and techniques, certain products may exhibit slight variations, minor marks, pitting, porosity, and/or colour anomalies. Variations in colour and veining are inherent in wood, stone (marble), and considered to be part of the natural beauty of the material. 

3.All of the Seller’s drawings, descriptive matter, weights, dimensions, descriptions, and illustrations contained in its catalogues, price lists, or advertisements are close approximations only and intended to give a general description of the goods. Furniture pieces are handmade and therefore are subject to slight variations. 

4.The colours of the materials may vary according to the device that you are using to browse our website. The same image will look different on a laptop and mobile device because the resolution is different on both devices. The visual dimension of the display varies depending on the size of the screen.

5. After we receive confirmation of an order by receiving and acknowledging the payment, we need to wait for confirmation from the fabric brands with whom we work. The product may be subject to certain changes, as MAANAVI HOMES is not responsible for the lack of availability of the fabrics from external brands.

 

PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION

 

  1. We offer 100% customization for our existing products or new products to meet contract specifications – all situations that require custom designs are subject to an upcharge. Special pricing based on quantity and features will be provided upon request for all products – the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis and the Buyer will be notified of any said fees. 
  1. Due to the customized nature of our products, the products may vary slightly up to 10% from the reference and drawing given depending upon aesthetics, functionality, and comfort. 
  1. The order is processed after the final approval of sizes, fabrics, materials, etc. by the client/architect. Any changes in the final product henceforth shall be charged. 
  1. Custom orders are not returnable under any circumstances. 
  1. MAANAVI HOMES provides the service of ANTI STAIN i.e. Nano coating fabric treatment. The cost of this service is provided by our sales team and it depends on the total amount of fabric required in the order. Notwithstanding this service, some fabrics from our fabric partner brands already have this treatment. This protection helps the fabric or fibre from absorbing the stain, giving you a chance to remove the cause before it becomes permanent.

  2. We don’t take the responsibilities for any pre-existing stain removal before the nano coating procedure.

 

CLAIM AND WARRANTY POLICY 

  1. Products once set up after unpacking in a particular location must not be repacked or moved to another location. This warranty does not extend to the product if damaged when subjected to repackaging and relocation. 
  1. All foam composites naturally soften with use. This softening does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Deformation of foam structure falls under our warranty. 
  1. Any remedial work carried out by a third party will nullify the warranty. 
  1. Drawers/Shutters may tighten/loosen as per atmospheric conditions like humidity, and temperature in the surroundings. These are not covered under the warranty. 
  1. The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of products beyond their intended use and wear and tear in the natural course of product usage. 
  1. All metal and wood finishes change slightly with time due to their natural behaviour. Colour, texture, and graining variation can occur in natural products like leather, glass, fabric, stone, wood, metal, etc. Oxidation/discoloration in Brass and Copper, cracks in natural products, and veining in stone etc. shall not be covered under the warranty. 
  1. Hardware damage such as that of drawer channels, bed hydraulics, furniture legs etc. shall be covered under our warranty period provided that the defected hardware is shipped back to us for replacement. The cost of uninstallation/installation of the same shall not be borne by Maanavi Homes for out-of-Surat projects. 
  1. We recommend that any remedial work be done locally if possible as any labour work that needs to be carried out for out-of-Surat sites shall be chargeable. 
  1. All fabrics should be dry-cleaned only. We do not provide any guarantee/warranty on fabrics. 
  1. International Orders:For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country specifications, and can be discussed directly with your sales and product coordinator. 

 

PRICES 

  1. The price of the goods is in Indian National Rupee INR. 
  1. The prices do not include any transportation costs or fees associated. 
  1. Standard packaging is included in the price. The client can require specific packaging, although it will be charged accordingly. 

 

PAYMENT TERMS 

  1. All purchase orders/cheques to be drawn in favour of "Maanavi Homes LLP". 
  1. Our production team will begin manufacturing only after the approval and 75% advance, balance payment if any, shall be paid before the dispatching of the goods.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATION 

  1. Each product we create is Custom Made to Order, hence once clients approve the final quotation and the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. 
  1. Maanavi homes is not responsible for any damage to the product after delivery and checking by the receiving party. Notify for any damage immediately upon delivery. 
  1. If your goods are faulty or damaged when they are delivered, which will be made sure after due verification involving photos and videos of the furniture from your end, you may return the faulty goods to us. On return, we will (at our option) repair or replace the goods or provide you with a refund of the purchase price and the price of delivery.

 

All the products will be insured; in case of any damage, we will initiate the refund once the claim is settled.

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

  1. We would require a minimum of 90 days for handover of furniture after realization of advance payment and confirmation of final drawings. We strive to provide accurate lead times and inform the customers promptly of any unforeseen complications that may arise. 
  1. The prices do not include transportation costs and fees. Shipping costs vary based on product weight and regions. They are available so please contact us for additional information. 
  1. Whenever the client chooses to transport the product(s) by his/her own method or means, we will be free of any charges or responsibility for events that might occur during transportation.
  2. We do not hold responsibility due to any delays caused because of the client’s society rules or restrictions during the furniture delivery. 

 

  1. Outstation: 
  1. For outstation sites, installation/assembly can be made available at additional charges. 
  1. An additional 7 days shall be required for transit/transportation purposes.

  

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

  1. All furniture pieces manufactured by MAANAVI HOMES are the intellectual property of Maanavi Homes. This includes the design, craftsmanship, and any other unique features of the furniture. 
  1. Maanavi Homes reserves the right to record, photograph, and/or video any furniture pieces manufactured by us. We may use these recordings, photographs, and videos for promotional, marketing, and other purposes in any form, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. We value our client's comfort and privacy. If you have any concerns or specific requests regarding the use of photos or videos of your furniture pieces, please inform us and we shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferences and ensure mutual satisfaction.

 

GOVERNING LAW 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
